30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not happy with your bag, you have 30 days from the day it's delivered to request a refund. Email bagsbyelizaofficial@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.

Made to order

Each bag is crafted after you place your order. You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production has begun and the order can no longer be cancelled — but the 30-day money-back guarantee still applies once your bag is delivered.

Returns

Items must be unused and in their original condition. Once your return is approved and received, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong item

If your bag arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no return required.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check with your bank or card provider — processing can take several business days. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at bagsbyelizaofficial@gmail.com.
