Our products

Every bag is handmade to order. Small variations in flowers, stitching, and color are part of each piece's character and are not defects. Product photos are illustrative — your bag will be unique.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless shown otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify or discontinue products at any time. Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout; promotions may change or end at any time without notice.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Order cancellation by the customer is available within 12 hours of purchase, as described in our Refund Policy.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and refunds and returns by our Refund Policy, both available in the site footer.

All content on this site — photos, text, graphics, and branding — is the property of Bags by Eliza and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
