Shipping is free on every order — no minimum.

Made to order, delivered in 8–12 days

Each bag is crocheted after you place your order. Total delivery time is 8–12 days, which includes production and transit. Orders are shipped via our production and fulfillment partner, and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Address changes

Need to change your shipping address? Contact us at bagsbyelizaofficial@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your bag has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.

Customs and import duties

In rare cases, your country may charge import fees on arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not collected by us.

Lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved and 25 days have passed since your order, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
